Itinerary
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After reaching the hotel, complete your check-in formalities and settle in. Overnight stay at your hotel.
Have breakfast at the hotel and be ready at the lobby or designated meeting point for your tour. Our guide will pick you up between 07:45 AM and 08:30 AM. 08:30 AM: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, originally built in the 6th century and beautifully located on West Lake. 09:00–09:15 AM: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you will have the opportunity to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh (subject to availability) and explore the surrounding gardens, including the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. Continue to the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique architectural landmark dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy. 11:00 AM: Visit either the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (on applicable days) to learn about the culture of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups, or Bat Trang Ceramic Village (on alternate days) to observe traditional pottery-making techniques and local craftsmanship. 12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine with multiple delicious dishes. 13:30–13:45 PM: Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university established in the 11th century and an important cultural and historical site. 15:45 PM: Proceed to Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple, dedicated to General Tran Hung Dao and located on a scenic island in the lake. 16:15 PM: Tour concludes and return transfer to the hotel. 07:30–08:00 AM: Meet our friendly guide and depart for Ninh Binh Province. 09:15 AM: Take a short break (15–20 minutes) to relax during the journey. 10:30 AM: Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the former capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. Explore this historic site and learn about Vietnam’s feudal history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties. 11:45 AM: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant, featuring a variety of Vietnamese dishes such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice. Vegetarian options are also available. 13:00 PM: Proceed to Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its breathtaking limestone mountains, caves, and waterways. Enjoy a scenic boat trip through the stunning cave system, famously featured in the movie Kong: Skull Island. 15:30 PM: Continue with a 45-minute cycling activity around the local village to experience rural life and the peaceful countryside. 16:30 PM: Board the bus for your return journey to Hanoi. 18:30 PM: Arrive back at your hotel in Hanoi. 08:30–09:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter / Opera House area and depart for Ha Long Bay via the Hanoi–Hai Phong–Tuan Chau Highway (approximately 2.5 hours’ drive). 12:00 PM: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board your cruise to begin exploring the breathtaking beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay. 12:30 PM: Enjoy a set-menu lunch on board featuring delicious local specialties. As you dine, admire the spectacular scenery of limestone karsts and islets, including iconic formations such as Fighting Chicken Islet and Incense Burner Islet. 14:00 PM: Arrive at Bo Hon Island and visit the famous Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, known for its stunning stalactites and stalagmites. 14:45 PM: Enjoy kayaking or a bamboo boat ride through Luon Cave, exploring the serene lagoon and surrounding limestone cliffs. 15:15 PM: Visit Ti Top Island, where you can relax on the sandy beach, swim in the clear waters, or hike to the top for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. 16:00 PM: Return to the cruise and enjoy a sunset party with light snacks, fruits, and refreshments while sailing back toward the harbor. 17:45 PM: Arrive at the harbor and board the bus for your return journey to Hanoi. 20:30 PM: Drop-off at your hotel. Tour Policy
INR 20,000 per person at the time of booking.
Full payment required, If the amount is less than of the token amount.
Balance payment has to be done 45 days prior to departure.
In case of Departure less than 45 days. Full payment has to be given at the time of the booking.
Foreign currency will be paid to the hotel from your Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) for which we will require a copy of your pan card.
Date of booking to 30 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.
30 to 15 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
15 to 10 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.
No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities or non-availability of resources.
